答:短则一个月,最长半年,随借随还,到期可以续约!

3. 中加通·购房贷利率是多少呢,如何操作呢?

答:金鼎公司的利率是6%左右,服务费是2%,但需要您在国内提供相应比例价值的人民币保证金。我们会协助您从国内银行机构贷出人民币保证金,这样您的财务成本是最低的。

当然,您也可以选择直接找我们在中国合作的金融机构贷出人民币保证金,我们合作的金融机构的利率接近银行的贷款利率,他们会提供上门尽调及签署合同的服务。

4. 中加通·购房贷只能用于购房吗?

答:除了用于支付购房款或购房款资金证明,还可以用于客户已有房产上的债务重组,如再融资或转贷款等。

5. 对于中国的房产,需要在当地办理抵押登记吗?

答:一般不需要办理抵押登记,但要求将不动产产权证书交由我们保管。

6. 用中国公司股权担保贷款,对中国公司的要求是什么?

答:

(1)应为借款人控股的公司,即借款人持股至少50%以上(上市公司除外);

(2)公司是运营的公司,成立三年以上;

(3)公司近两年税后利润不得为负;

(4)公司的进两年财务报表经专业的会计师事务所审计。

7. 如果使用人民币现金担保,如何操作呢?

答:您需要将人民币现金转入我们指定的国内银行账户作为保证金,我们在温哥华贷出相应比例等值的加币。

8. 我可以使用亲戚和朋友的海外资产担保吗?

答:可以。

9. 非直系亲属的担保人可以在中国吗?

答:可以,非直系亲属的担保人在中国或加拿大都可以。

10. 办理时间一般多长呢,手续是否简便?

答:从资料齐全到发放贷款一般需要一周左右,手续简便。
